Yet another light bulb question

Feeling dumb... How many RVers does it take to change a light bulb?
How do I remove this bulb? 2010 Laredo 245RL if that matters?
Does the glass pull out of the first plastic or does the plastic pull out of the enclosing socket?

The glass pulls out and all ALL of the white plastic stays in the light. The bulb is a 921. Here is a picture of it so you can better understand what you're doing.

Thanks! Just took a little more oomph than I was willing to apply without knowing for sure!
