Cable Slide Mechanism, Maker?

We recently bought a used 2020 Cougar 26RBSWE. It seems to be in great shape but it's the first time I've had a cable slide, so I have a couple of questions.

Does anyone know the maker of the slide mechanism? Is it a BAL Accuslide? Someone else?

I saw a short flexible drive shaft being used to manually retract a cable slide room in a youtube. I didn't get anything like that from the seller. If I should have one, what's the proper name for it so I can Google it, and/or where can I buy one?

BTW, the unit is at the storage lot so I can't go look at it at the moment, maybe in a couple of days.

Thanks
Mike

Norco industries: here’s a link to the service manual

The override tool may be taped to the motor. I usually take them off and put them in the owners packet, you might call Norco and see if they can send another one.

BAL, Accuslide, Norco are all names for the cable slide units. Might be cheaper to improvise.

could try harbour freight or any hardware store

Thanks for the quick replies.
I'll try Norco first. And thanks for the manual link. I have a similar flex drive I bought at HF a couple years ago but it's a lot stiffer than the one I saw being used in the YouTube video.

Thanks again
Mike
