2 year old roof repair

It’s been over 2 years since I slapped 5/32 4x8 aluminum plate on a major repair . The rubber came loose from the cap and ripped on both sides of the AC . I repaired it on the road half way stayed still lifted . I got home and looked over the mess and knew a total roof replacement was in order with removing removing the AC . With 12 tubes of dicor ordered from amazon and a couple 100 1 inch screws it never lifted or leaked . I painted the aluminum with dicor epdm Rubber roof coating system.
