Help, with AM,FM,TV antena

Hello all I was going up the Oregon coast and stayed at a great Resort, TURTLE ROCK RV, RESORT PARK. in Gold Beach ,Oregon. WOW! the place was great SPAs at some of the sites. deck and BBQ.
On with the problem when I got to the resort I could not get the cable to get a picture. when I got home and washing the 2019 - 315 Cougar my Furrion AM,FM,TV omni directional antenna was laying on the roof. I did not even hit any thing. any ideas to correct this issue and what to replace with.? HELP

Can you post a pic of the base? Does it have a “handle” on the inside to aim it?

its the one that looks like a wing , no it don't move at all.

get up there and just reattach it. for some reason it was attached correctly would be my thought.

if damaged just replace it with the same one, the cable should still be good.

did you have another issue? 'cable to get a picture'? turn off your antenna button when you connect with an outside cable.
