Your dealership is your best friend in dealing with repairs for any RV issue. The documentation they provide to the factory is KEY to what the factory does. I'd suggest talking to someone that's knowledgeable on "all things warranty" at the dealership and discuss the issue with them, not from a "fix the damn thing" but from a "what did you provide, when and exactly what did the factory say" perspective.
You may find that the dealership did a "fantastic job" of relating the issue to the factory, you may find that their report only stated, "Slide motor leaking".
The factory is very often blamed for not supporting dealerships and warranty issues when in reality, the dealership's documentation will (not can) make or break the approval process.
So, before blaming "big old bad Keystone" for your problem, I'd suggest you first find out "EXACTLY" what the dealership reported for warranty consideration.
