I lost a wheel/tire/hub last year in a campground. I always carry a HF 6 ton bottle jack. It worked, but I'll tell you the very first thing I bought when we got the trailer parked (on 3 wheels) in the camp site was a 12 ton "shorty" bottle jack.
The force required to jack a 10,000 GVW (lightweight fifth wheel) wore blisters in my palm even with gloves on. I had to use two jacks because of the low spindle height (no wheel, tire or hub on the spindle) so I had to jack the other axle, get the bad one high enough to put a jack under it to jack it high enough to tie it up to tow to the campsite. With multiple "alternating jacks to add blocks under the jack" was frustrating.
Now, I have a 12 ton "shorty" jack, it's significantly easier to pump the handle to lift the trailer axle, the extension is longer than the 6 ton jacks and it doesn't weigh that much more....
If you're going to buy a bottle jack, I'd suggest a 12 ton "shorty".
