Hi,
We are having a problem with our 2017 Keystone Cougar. Noticed last year the Gel Coat was cracking around the screws that attach the front cap to the roof. Our wonderful dealer and ourselves after taking several photos, sent them to Keystone they after many communications decided that they would cover the repair being a few months out of warranty. Thank you for that Keystone. The cracks have now reappeared with more starting down lower on the front. The the place that repaired it now wants to take the front cap off and see if the fiberglass is to thin or if there is a structural problem. $$$$$ Anyone had a similar experience with a two year old rv? Has anyone had Keystone replace the front cap and paid for it? We have extended warranty plus the 5 year structural warranty. This shouldn't happen to a two year old rv.
