310 RLS tv connection problem

If I connect my tv directly to the campground post, the tv works beautifully. If I connect it to the proper place inside the camper cellar, the reception is terrible. Has anyone figured out why yet??:

A couole questions. Are you using a good coax? Is the booster turned OFF?

Yes on the cable TV is GREAT when I tie in directly from campground. When I go thru the camper it is real bad/fuzzy. The switch to go from cable to antennae has been switched. I don't know what you mean by booster

One of the tv outlets will have a pushbutton and a green LED. That pushbutton controls the antenna booster. It has to be off (LED not lit) to get cable signal from the outside cable hookup point.

But keep in mind the booster must be on if you intend to use the outside OTA (Over The Air) antenna. The only time it should be off if you are connected to an external campground cable system.
