Stay safe in NO!

Sounds our neighbors in Louisiana are in for another gully washer and looks like New Orleans is the target. Please stay safe guys! You have had your share storms already this season and know that one Texan is praying for ya'll.

As are we all! NWS can't seem to figure out the exact path, but the usual gulf areas all seem to be at risk.
Danny, if you're out there, does your daughter and her family have all the hatches battened?

We're not there at the moment. We go back mid Oct. The girls are battened down and ready. They thought it was going to come more toward them but looks like it's veering more to the E and then hooking back so maybe it won't be too bad. Told her to get the gen prepped anyway. Thanks for asking.

Folks on the Mississippi gulf shore need to also be prepared as Sally does seem a bit eastward right now.

Saw the NHC tracks this earlier - I can't believe they are getting hit again. Mother Nature has no mercy sometimes. Storms like that are horrible to deal with. BTDT. Our electric company trucks from here were seen heading north on 95 in a caravan of 6 or 7. Backup is coming!
