Dometic Freezer not working

Hello friends,

So I have a Dometic Fridge, but the freezer part has not been working for months.
It won't work on electric or, however I mainly use electric.

The fridge still works but it is juuuuuust chilled enough for things to not spoil.

I have looked on youtube and whatnot, I have checked all fuses and electrical connections that I know of. There is no leaking, everything looks normal.
I can't figure it out. I tried to use the multimeter on the connections on the outside panel but I think I need to try it again, because the info video I watched had slightly different connections. Wondering if there are any other things I could check?
The light has always been ON near the auto, so I'm wondering if it could be something simple or something in there is done for.

I have been lazy about fixing because it's so cold outside in MT that I just make ice and put frozen foods outside in the snow haha!

Any helpful advice or links to threads on here I may have missed are welcome.

Almost sounds like either the thermister has failed or it isn’t in the correct position.

Does the thermister control the temp in the freezer? It may be out of place in the refrigerator section as that is only getting barely cold enough...

Thermister sets the temp for both.
