BAL LS 7.3 Leveling System issues

I started having issues with my auto leveling system. First it was intermittent operation of the tongue jack in manual mode. The operation of up/down in manual mode was acting like the touch screen was not making contact. Recently the manual mode is not working at all and when I use auto mode it would make an initial movement and then stop. This is occurring with the jacks and with the stabilizers. I was plugged into shore power not battery.
