I don't full time but I do travel quite a bit. I would all the manufacturer and ask for authorized repair shops/dealers near me. They should honor the warranty and your back to the mobile tech visit cost. If you are replacing the converter you could just pull it and take it to an authorized dealer for replacement and put the new one in but I recall you said you knew nothing of electrical so probably not a good idea.

I am assuming you've done troubleshooting with the manufacturer and they agree that it's a converter issue. If so have them send the new converter to the assigned dealer/repair facility near you that has a mobile service and has agreed to perform the work (involve them in the conversation). Maybe you can get it done that way and not have to go back to the selling dealer. Remember, the warranty on the converter will be from the maker of the converter so work with them, Keystone and your selling dealer are only middlemen and you don't have to use them.

This helps a TON, thank you! It’s correct that I don’t know much about electrical systems, but I’m handy enough that, if it’s a 1:1 swap, I can keep track of what goes where and remember to disconnect the batteries, shore power, and hit a breaker. I’ll probably go this route if I can get the unit somewhere local when we’re in town.
