One dealership I worked at, taped the toilet lids down.

But if I'm a potential buyer and I see a bathroom door with 1/4" gaps top and bottem and such a big gap in the middle that the latch will not close the door will I buy it?
A salesman may say the service dept will fix it but anyone who has been researching RV's has heard about quality problems and now they see the problems with their own eyes.
If I wanted an RV right now I'd look for a lightly used pre-COVID rig.
Maybe I'll stick with Best Western.
