Leaks-2001 Hornet BS

I have a leak that I'm wondering if anyone else with this model of trailer can help me find. The leak is traveling on the p***enger side inside rail of the siding to the rear of our camper, then down the framing into the underfloor (black stuff), the reason I know this is because I have removed a portion of the paneling under the rear bottom bunk. Beginning to consider pulling all the windows and resealing, anybody else have this problem? I first noticed the paneling soft below third bunk.

I'm new to this forum, wish I had known it existed back when I first purchased this trailer new.
