A/C

Have pinkish exterior leak from A/C on roof that drips down side. Wipes off easily. What could it be?

Fungus or mold growing in the foam gaskets/seals under the A/C cover on the roof ????? Take the cover off, inspect for any wet/damp areas and see if you can find "something pink" that might be "coloring the drainage"....

Pink mold is very common in cold, wet, closed compartments. I'll guarantee you that the vast majority of ice maker's setting on top of soft drink machines will hove some inside. Appetizing thought isn't it? That's why I get my drinks "no ice please".

I can just imagine you saying, "shaken, not stirred" as well.

Not a martini kind of guy. Unfortunately the diabetes precludes me from partaking in alcoholic beverages. I'd rather consume my carbs/sugars in food.
