GFI not getting power

Good morning,
I have a 2010 sprinter 311BHS.
The gfi plug would not reset so I replaced it and was still not getting any power to plugs. I took new one out and tested power and I’m not getting any power to wires for the plug. I have power every where else except that plug.
Does any one know why or how to trouble shoot this? Breaker seems to be fine. All the other breakers work so I’m assuming GFI does also.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. I would like to solve this myself without having to pay the professionals.
Thanks

Welcome to the forum. You need a Volt/Ohm Meter at this point. GFI plugs will have 2 sets of Romex, one is “feed” and the other is “load”.

With both sets hanging in the breeze, turn on the AC power and using the meter, determine which set of wires is “live”.

TURN OFF the power, now look at the back side of the gfi plug, it will be marked. Put the previously LIVE set on the LINE side and the other set on the LOAD side. You will have to turn the power back on to reset the GFI.
