Resealing the plastic underbelly material

I need to cut openings in the belly to get to my black water and both gray water tank valves and sensors and need to know what is the best method or tape to use to reseal the plastic underbelly material so it is dry and secure?

Tried to remove screws to access all of this but I would have to drop it all and still have to cut it and I dont want to mess with the fiberglass insulation.

Thanks!

If you decide not to drop the coroplast, cut “doors” leaving the front edge to act as a hinge. Scrim tape is what we use, it sticks real good and lasts years. Gorilla tape would be my second choice.

I have used Flex Mend with good success. You need to make sure you clean the areas you are going to apply it to.

Edit: Here is a link to the scrim tape I forgot to mention -

I would also add that IMO I would go with the scrim tape if I had your situation.

Thanks for the links! I did cut them so the hinge is towards the front. Would be hell going down the road if it dropped down traveling tearing it all off and with my luck it would that way.

Black water I don't think is emptying all the way or the sensors are bad.. The second gray water tank doesn't close so I am just going to replace them all so I can leave the trailer for her when I die "dump ready"

I used the scrim tape and that has some serious adhesive compound.

Thanks, feel much better now. I even taped where someone else cut holes in it previously and used zip ties.
