The electric heating element is rusted in and can’t get it out had a mechanic look at it and he can’t get it out

I would be working with a drill to start drilling holes in the outside of the element to hopefully weakening it enough to break free of the rust. Might take some work, but it will eventually come out.

Heat and a long breaker bar. It only needs to turn a tiny bit then you can work it in/out
