If you look, that rubber trim is T’d at the top. I would take a sharp razor and cut it. The upper frame sag is a bit more than normal but should disappear when you put the new facia on. You could use a 2X4 and a floor jack to hold it up in the center.

Cabinets? I’m scratching my head.

The only thing I can think of is they screwed the bottom into the side walls, and then stapled on the bottom of the cabinet to hide them. It has a top and bottom panel to the floor of the cabinet. I don’t see a good way to pry them apart though without tearing it up.

Often, they will build the cabinet frame and staple the bottom panel in place, then mount the cabinets using screws through the back 1x1 frame member, then lay the inside "false floor" in the cabinet and put several staples in it to hold it in place. You might try pulling the inside cabinet floor up with a small pry bar. Once you can get inside the "false floor, you'll probably find the screws holding it to the wall.

I use 90 degree dental picks. I thought you had the “floor” out of the cabinet.

Check you slide roof and make sure the tape between the rubber roof and outside flashing is in good shape. I had a leak similar to that and it took me awhile to find it. Turned out it was the tape that was bad and letting water in.
