Feeling like the biggest goober right now, but I figured out my problem. The wires on the BCM were flipped. The power wire was screwed to the ground terminal and the ground wire was screwed to the power terminal.

I didn’t catch this until I pulled the wires to a terminal set that I knows works (Security Light). Sure enough both awnings lit up immediately. Since I’ve never touched the wiring I’m assuming the last owner flipped them by accident or that this thing got mis wired in the factory.

Regardless, both awning lights work. I want to thank everyone for helping me get into this. This was my first time using a multimeter and got me more familiar with my new toy hauler.

Polarity?
LED's are polarized. Are you sure that +V and ground didn't get swapped at the BCM?
Rather than swapping it and trying it out (may Cause a Large Occurrence), check the polarity stamps on the LED strip's connector, then re-meter the matching connector.

They were not! They were reversed. When I re attached after switching terminals to the security light they matched your photo. And the awning lights were working with the correct switch/command!
