Skirting

Hello. We just skirted our 31rls. Wood framing, marine vinyl and bubble wrap insulation.
2 big vents and fan.
We have heard of potential issues. Would welcome some comments.

2012 Copper Canyon 273FWRET being towed by a 1994 Ford F350 CC,LB,Dually diesel.
Airlift 5000 bags, Prodigy brake control, 5 gauges on the pillar.Used to tow a '97 Jayco 323RKS.

Now an RVIA registered tech. Retired from Law enforcement in 2008 after 25+ yrs.

I would think as long as you have air circulation and keep it dry that shouldn’t be an issue. Just like a stick and brick house on a foundation.

Unfortunately our lot is on a bit of a slope and water does run through but doesn't puddle. It's all a good foot of gravel.

maybe you could install drain tile pipe around the high sides of your parking pad to direct the water from flowing underneath the trailer in heavy downpours..juts dig a small trench and put the pipe inside a filter sock and redirect the water
