Took the 28RDB down to a single bunk

New member so here is the first mod we have done with the new Cougar. We are a family of three and other than it having a double bunk the 28RDB floor plan was what we were looking for as we upgraded from the TT. The bunk was installed very, very well as it didn't want to come out. Good job Keystone! We wanted it out to give our 10 y/o DS more room and a better area. The dealer, kudos to Chilhowie RV in Louisville, TN (just outside Knoxville) started the bunk removal and I finished it and converted 11 inched of it into a sturdy shelf. Once I figure out how to upload pictures here I will do so.

I finally got the pictures of the bunk mod uploaded to photobucket. First picture is the bunk installed.

The dealer started cutting it out and I finished it, cut it down to 11 inches

I used a lot of the material from the bunk removal to build the shelf so it would match.

The light was moved and reinstalled. So its a nice reading light now.
