Black Tank Flush

What am I missing? I have a 2022 Keystone Alpine 3700FL and when I connect my water hose to the black tank flush connectors in the water box and turn on the faucet, nothing happens , no water enters black tanks to flush out. Black Tank drain valves are open and no water coming through. Tried with 2 different hoses. Any ideas or am 8 missing something to do ?

Valves could possibly be mislabeled or you are connected to the wrong. Are the gray tank valves also open?

2 connections in the water box for black tank flush and have tried both, cannot hear any water entering tanks, and I have opened all the tanks to check also.

The black tank rinser anti siphon valve is probably installed backwards. It’s more common than you think.

Locating it may take some hunting, popular spots are under the bathroom counter and behind the shower. Unhook the water lines and have a friend blow into the connection at the convenience center, that way you’ll know which line is IN and if it is kinked, another not so common issue. Look at the arrow on the valve for correct flow.

No. That’s an air admittance valve for a drain pipe.

Looks like this:

Chuck's part is a correct part, though if you get a brass one they're much more reliable.
