2019 Keystone Passport 2521 questions

New to me camper a couple of things I need to fix one of the recliners in the back the handle is sprung where you pull to recline, not sure if anyone has had to fix this? Also looks like previous owner sat something hot on the counter top and it's a little discolored and you can barely feel it's kind of bubbled up, not sure what these countertops are made of and if I can try to sand it or buff it or scrape it or just leave it alone lol. I'm sure I'll have more questions but it's raining and cold here in NC and not a great extended weekend weather wise.
