Using Google maps I can see what route it recommends. It tells me it's roughly 60 hours of drive time.

Is there a program or app where I can enter my final destination, how many hours I want to drive each day and have it show where my stops would be each night?
Since it will be just myself and my 3 girls it would be easier to know roughly where we will be stopping so I can either reserve a place or at least be able to research campgrounds in the area

I'm using RVLife trip Wizard for the first time and it does this for you (somewhat).
