Floor Dipping

We have been traveling the country, on the road since April 10th with 20k miles under our belt. Over the last few weeks we have noticed about 3 spots in the floor in the middle of the trailer that are dipping (?) And squeak when you walk on them. We bought this 2016 trailer new specifically for this trip and will be selling it when we get home next month. Does anyone have any ideas what this is, how serious it is and how to fix it? Thanks
