Auto leveling Question

Hello all,
We have a 2019 Keystone Cougar 26RKS which came with the Lippert auto leveling system. We really like it (makes things much easier) however, there have been a few times when after it was done leveling, one side of the trailer had it’s wheels off the ground. Ive been told by some, including someone from Keystone that this is not a problem. I’m worried that I may be putting to much strain on the system/legs. Any thoughts and suggestions on this is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Milo
