Water leak under kitchen sink

I have a water leak under the kitchen sink. It seems to be wet under the tank that is under the kitchen sink. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum!!

Let’s start with a couple questions, tank? Does it leak only when faucet is running?

It could be simple as tightening the fittings. Have you determined exactly where the leak is? We use a flashlight and look under the sink with the system pressurized. That way you can find the exact spot.

Probably the water heater. Is there a blue line connected at the bottom and a red line at the top?

Year of RV?

If it is wet under the styrofoam enclosed tank (should be the water heater) it cold be coming from a connection above it and it collects under the foam encased tank or..... I experienced the exact same thing 2-3 years ago. Checked fittings, pex etc. and found nothing but the water kept collecting. Pulled the water heater (ours was inside a built in enclosure in the closet and exited through the outside wall). After removing it and checking it out I found a hairline crack (you couldn't actually tell it was there until the water started seeping out of it) down the side from one of the welds (Atwood). Repair was to replace.
