Solera power awning

Just noticed on my awning that the right side is not coming flush to the trailer when retracted its missing the opening by about a half inch..does this mean i have to put out the awning all the way and line up the fabric on the awning tube?? Never had this issue before

Are you talking about the awning arm not retracting fully or are you saying the fabric is rolling up skewed like a candy cane?
