Filon delaminates

Passed a Cougar or Outback TT on I-40 this afternoon. I stopped in a rest area for a break. When I got back on, I passed it again along the side of the express way. A piece of filon about 4'x6' on the drivers side must have gotten air under the skin and ripped the piece off. Pretty good hit on a vehicle behind them.

Looked like air got under the front edge along the vertical seam and pealed it back about 6' until it snapped.

OUCH! Doesn't take much speed to create a lot of pressure. Makes you wonder if the owner takes the time to look over his RV before towing. If a seam was that far apart you would think it would be obvious.
