Water Pump Location?

I have a 2009 Outback 268RL. I am not sure how to access the water pump. I have no owner's manual. I want to winterize by hooking up a short hose to the inlet side of the pump and sucking directly from the antifreeze container. My water heater is in under the TV cabinet in the front bedroom and it sounds like the pump is near there somewhere but now sure how to access it?

Thanks much if you can help!

On my 2012 Outback the water pump was located close to the fresh water tank. In my case it was under the front closet. It took me a while to locate it. I would start by looking close to the fresh water fill and tank. Also welcome to the forum.

On our Springdale the pump is located right above the FW tank on the street side. There is a cover over it beside the bed. BTW, like it there with the cover. With the cover and storage compartment I have 2 shelves to put stuff on my side of the bed.

How do you remove that cover? I just bought my Springdale and will need to access the pump soon- its the same set up you described.

Thanks,

Hutch

Inside of where the forest water fill is there should be a panel, top or side with 2-6 screws probably with a square head. Remove them and there you are.
