Filon delaminates

Passed a Cougar or Outback TT on I-40 this afternoon. I stopped in a rest area for a break. When I got back on, I passed it again along the side of the express way. A piece of filon about 4'x6' on the drivers side must have gotten air under the skin and ripped the piece off. Pretty good hit on a vehicle behind them.

Looked like air got under the front edge along the vertical seam and pealed it back about 6' until it snapped.
