I have a 2014 Montana High Country ,mod.343rl. I can't get my awining out. Any suggestions on how to get it to unroll?

Welcome to the forum

Since its electric, does your trailer have any remote controls? If not then you need to find the awning switch and remove that panel, there is probably an inline fuse, check it and make sure you have 12V coming into and out of the switch. If you do then its time to check for voltage at the motor. It will be at the front arm, and depending on brand it may have two metal rivets that you can apply battery power to with a jumper to test the motor. If not then you need to access the two prong connector coming out of the motor.

Find the switch and test for 12V first and then come back for more ideas.

Does it work by remote? If not then you need to find the remote board and test for 12V to it.

If you closed it with remote last time try opening it with the remote this time.
