new to the forum
My name is Nick. We bought our new Impact 361 in April 2017. Our tow vehicle is a 2016 F350. This is our first fw. Our previous rig was an F150 with a weekend warrior 23f toy hauler. I came across this forum while researching problems and fixes for our fw.

Now an RVIA registered tech. Retired from Law enforcement in 2008 after 25+ yrs.
