While I thank everyone who answered. I normally check this site daily part of morning thing. Read a little news check messages n review this site. Reason is this not so much to post a answer because I’m still new n don’t know a lot yet. But to see what problems others have and the answer to them. Reading this site has saved me at times. Having a solution before the problem is great. So thanks to everyone who post the answer to others problem

Have one handle seize up on our Arcadia occasionally, no amount of persuasion seems to free it. I take the gray handle off put pliers on the metal rod, twist left and right, usually hear it pop free, spray it with lube, good to go till the next time from storage.

Be careful twisting the stem with pliers, you might end unscrewing it from the valve gate causing more work.
