So...just a quick reply for courtesy.

Replaced the breaker with a Bussman...and still no pad. To be continued...probably stew on it for a bit since we are heading out of town sans trailer to visit family up in the high country, South Park area.

Have you tried using a meter at the pad end of the harness?

have you tried popping the keypad out of its mount and making sure the contacts are clean and making good contact?…at my walkthrough my keypad did light up but wasn’t responding and the service tech said. “screw this” and went inside the shop and came back with another keypad….popped the different one in a second later and it all worked fine …it just prys out with a small screwdriver if i remember correctly

My keypad also failed shortly after purchase. The old one pops out as you described.

Tom, I replaced that 50amp auto reset breaker with an 80 amp manual breaker to the Leveling system and also replaced the other resetable breaker with a 50 amp manual to the trailer main panel and then a 30amp manual for my accessories that were attached to the auto reset breakers. Works every time now.

Thanks once again all for the inputs- I love this community!

Update...all things here I have tried, but to whomever was on the "voltage" suggestion may be the winner here.

When I hooked up and drove away to my storage yard (utility boxes the city wont move prevent me from utilizing my RV gate), I strangely decided to open the panel and press the power button. Weird. Now it came to life!! I could detach now via power...but there's more.

The motors sounded very weak. Faults on ever corner also. Rear landing gear will not come back up when I try- shuts off the control pad. So...even though I'm on the solar (200 series), apparently I'm not getting enough charge on the batteries when I leave the power on. Naively (?) I thought I could- unless there's a phantom draw? I even climbed up on the roof to ensure my panel wasn't caked with dust or what have you preventing most effective charging.

I spoke to Lippert again- great folks- and the guy I spoke with happened to be an a/c tech formerly, so he's sure it's voltage related. I switched off the battery power and will go check it tomorrow, see if my batteries have recovered enough that the system is fully functional to do a reset.

More learning as I go...correcting wrong assumptions, etc. Dang I'm an idiot, apparently- but I'm ok with that as it's a starting point.

Glad you're zeroing in on the cause. Can I ask how you manually retracted the 4 rears? Ratchet tool or drill with socket one at a time?

Hope he used a drill/driver, they move extremely slow. 5/16 socket, and either a long time with a ratchet or 2 fully charged batteries…BTDT

Exactly right sir! My cordless drill and extension and 5/16ths socket. And a drill drill, not an impact drill. I was bringing them up on low speed without paying attention and yeah- sooooo sloooow. Fortunately, I am plenty ok learning the hard way as long as I'm learning- I don't fear much.

Under each motor there was a 1" rubber plug to remove for easy access- laying down or twisted.
