Low water pressure

I've got a 2018 Keystone Bullet Premier 30RIPR and live in it full time. Though hardly at home. Last month I started noticing very low water pressure in only my kitchen and bathroom sinks using the city water hookup. I have plenty of pressure in the shower and toilet (approximately 50psi) but the sinks are maybe 5psi. I've removed the screens in both faucets and ran both cold and hot water. No change without the screens.
Any ideas?

My only thought would be to look for a kink in the PEX tubing.
