"use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony."
I hate to see members use this word felony as if it is a common occurrence in driving. Speeding is not a felony, and running a red light is not a felony and failure to yield is not a felony and I could go on and on. Insurance companies are not perched on their chairs waiting to decline your claim because you may have committed a felony by towing your new Raptor with a girly-man Tundra rather than a macho-man International 4200. Felonies are at a little different level.
Otherwise you would not be covered if speeding and miss an exit and total your truck.
(Use of alcohol or other mind-bending products are not included in this felony paragraph)

Typically the "felony" clause is referred to as "in the commission of a felony" like running from the law after robbing a bank, or transporting large amounts of illegal drugs or untaxted cigarettes or alcohol.
