Angry New 2021 Alpine 5th Owner

We just purchased a brand new 2021 Alpine 3650RL. Always wanted a Alpine.
It's parked on a seasonal site. The first couple of weeks everything worked great.
All of sudden the tankless water heater stop working, no power to control panel, no power to the radio, no power to the exhaust fan and light above stove. Everything else is working fine. Mobile repair is out for a couple of weeks? I have check the simple stuff, fuses, breakers, and GFI's. Anybody have any recommendation to check?

Sure sounds like a fuse blown or maybe a loose ground wire if it’s all on the same circuit..is everything located in the same slide out ? Could be a wire connection at the slide? Not sure if they have a plastic molex connector at the slide or not

Sounds like a dead battery. Have you checked the battery disconnect and breaker for the converter?

Hi NJ,

Found the issue. Loose battery connection, and a fuse was not making contact.

Thanks!

Happy Camping!

Hello JL, and welcome!

Congrats on your new Alpine! Ours is several years older, but we really like it.

Enjoy your travels!
