I would like to know if anyone else out there is like me waiting for parts from manufactures to get work done on your RV. I waiting on a mattress and it's going on two months now before I take delivery of my 2020 315 RLS.

Yup. Apparently there is a shortage of different parts. Ours is getting the floor replaced and it has taken 6 weeks just to get all the parts together for the repair.

I'd have gone to mattress world, long before now. The Lippert mattresses suck to start with.

I would have them cut that 315rls loose and get it to me and have a mattress waiting at the dealership when it got there. Why wait 2 months for a mattress you throw out anyway??

Akin to waiting on a gallon of spoiled milk before groceries will be delivered. Bail on this deal or drop $300 at Ikea. You've been around 8 years, big guy, you know you are going to be left 'with a bad taste in your mouth.' (Sorry, I couldn't help mself)

I agree with everyone else on this. Does any use a topper or is a store bought the way to go. I need to do the same

I think there is a pretty good mix of topper users and those that buy a new mattress (all kinds). I've tried toppers and they just don't work for us and we buy new mattresses right off.

To me a topper is like mag wheels on a garbage truck, it's still a garbage truck.

I think toppers are okay on odd sized mattresses.
I would never spend money on a rv sized queen or king, I don't care what brand it is.

Anything warmer and softer than Georgian Bay Canadian shield is good for me.

Our topper is like cream cheese frosting on a pound cake..much better

OP: parts from the factory are like sending a letter to Santa.

Was told by the Dometic service center here that a warranty replacement A/C (13.5K Brisk II) would be months and months out due to Covid. I ordered one up at PPL the following day, installed myself in less than an hour a week later when it arrived. Case closed.

I had ordered a couple support brackets for my popup trailer in June and just received them the other day. So it was a little over 3 months to get them delivered.

We have been waiting for warranty repairs for over a month now, Mind you we had an appointment and it still hasn't been touched! I've called Keystone the other day to complain and now waiting for some action.

We have a memory topper and it's still uncomfortable, so now I bought another quilted topper for that and if they ever repair our rig we'll get to try it out.

In 1 week mine will have been in for 2 months. I too had an appointment and most things lined up hoping it would be in/out quick. Not to be in the current environment. Don't know what your dealer is telling you but my problems were Keystone dragging their feet and arguing about the repairs to be made and then obtaining the new bottoms for my slides. That material should be here Mon. or Tues. per the company that provides it and then the final work can be done with it being out at the end of the week. Fingers crossed.

I am in the middle of anything going on with my trailer and I would advise anyone to do the same. If not your unit sort of gets pushed back by every other upset customer that walks in the door on a daily basis - I've watched it happen several times....and that was only while I was in there. Once the timeframe has gone past what I consider acceptable I go from email/phone call/text to personal weekly visits with the staff...including the tech assigned (my request) to my trailer so I know what's going on right down to that level.

It's like "The Princess and the Pea", a topper on a rock is still uncomfortable. My guess would be a topper on a topper will be no different. We gave away the last factory mattress and replaced it from day one. No regrets.
