Satellite connection to 2nd TV

I need a little help with my satellite setup. My RV has two coaxial cable inputs on the outside. Inside the RV, each TV location has a two cable connections to choose from. One cable, one antenna. I have tried running two lines from the dish, one to each of the inputs on the outside of the camper, and hooking each receiver to the satellite connections on the inside. The problem is only the tv in the living room works this way. The TV in the bed room will not get a signal. I'm having to run the second line through the window direct to the box.

Can anyone explain how the 2nd input on the outside of the camper works? I'm trying to not have to run a line through the window to get a signal in the bedroom.

Thanks!

I'm not satellite literate but I do know that the cable and the satellite inputs are different and cable splitters are not compatible with satellite. If there is not a satellite splitter off of the living room tv to the bedroom you may be able to add one. Others have done this snd may chime in or I'd also suggest doing a search on this forum. Good luck!
