slide out bump
Could be delamination. If it is and it's covered under warranty, wall replacement is an option. NOT an easy or quick job. Slide rooms are usually assembled and then set into the coach. The trim around the slide is what holds it in when you extend the slide. Replacing a wall means removing all the trim and "hyper extending" the room.
If it's NOT covered, you may want to consider "living" with it, repair can get $$$.
