Dometic DFMD35 SN83190105 in a Raptor 421CK 2019. RV is plugged in and Battery fully charged. RV was not occupied. With 55 deg set, cycling as expected for many hours / next morning it had quit inside temp at 45 deg.
IN Command system HVAC showed the Heat Status and Set Temp had not changed.
Tried to start and blower ran about 20 sec and cutoff. No tic tic tic of the ignition.
Propane indicator and range burners all good. Disconnected the battery and 50 AMP AC a few minutes to reset any PCB lockout.
Restored power and tried again with same results.
Suspect Sail SW, Hi Temp SW, PCB, igniter or wire. Furnace is mounted vertical, has no exterior access panel, and is buried deep behind crisscrossing wire bundles & plumbing.
Furnace is directly behind the living room wall. Cutting an access panel should be easy and will be hidden behind the recliners.
There is ducting down thru floor but have not seen that yet. Discharge heat thru-the-floor from the furnace may require removal of the outside vent & tube due to ducts or flanges on the bottom discharge.
Any comments appreciated.
Look for the return grill, if it’s close then you may be able to remove the furnace through it. Once you get the furnace loose you can lay it over to maneuver it.

When we liv3d in our bullet for 6 months after getting it the sail switch quit working, ours was blocked up with black lab hairs. If you know, you know.
Cut an access in the Living Room wall after moving the floor attached theater seats. Disconnected and slid the furnace over, removed & checked the sail sw, it worked fine. Ran the furnace / thermostat called for heat and the furnace blower ran for about 20 sec and quit. Moved the furnace around some more and the movement caused the thermostat wire fall out of the crimp connector. Crimping two different AWG wires is not a good idea. Strip, align, zip tie, twist and wire nut is best and easy to disconnect later. Reconstructed everything for easy access to the furnace, converter, lots of wiring. The wall looks the same except for the trim that borders the cutout. Hope these pics are viewable.
Looks nice, and I take it the furnace is working now?
