How to remove Lippert recliner from slide out

I have a 2018 Carbon 357 Toy Hauler. There are three reclining seats in the living room slide out - they fit wall to wall. Middle seat only reclines, the other two recline and have heat and massage. Heat does not work on one of them. I purchased a new heat pad from Lippert which has instructions on how to install the pad once the seat is removed. The heat pad inserts from the back of the seat. The only access to the seat is with the foot rest in the up position, I can see the frame but was unsure how to remove it. My question is how do you remove that seat from the slide out? Do all 3 seats have to be removed together?

Pictures attached.

Thinking back a few years, the 3 sections hook on to each other at the frame. If you extend the foot rests you should be able to locate the screws that secure it to the floor. You can remove either end and then the middle.
