Slides outs won’t go out. Anyone know this part?

Both slide outs wouldn’t go out on my 2011 Sprinter. Identified the problem is this connection is corroded on the front behind the battery. Was able to get the slides out by jumping this. Anyone know what this part is or a link to where I can get it?

Those are known as auto resetting circuit breakers. You can get them at any auto parts store or probably any big box hardware store. You need to get the correct amp rating which should be stamped on it, and pay attention to which way it’s installed. There is a “bat” post and a “load”/ “aux” post.

They are inexpensive. I suggest you buy an extra one in each Amp rating and keep them as spares. Where they are mounted they are exposed to rain and road spray and subsequently corroding.
