Problem need some help

Okay everything was working fine 2 weeks while out. Today since temps had dropped a little and I’m not ready to winterize yet. I went out to turn the heat on. Not working. I have a front and rear ac in my unit. Only one has heat. Have in command system lights up go to unit change from cool to heat gas is on. Doesn’t come on after just minute or so it changes back to cool. Also noticed can’t turn on the lights from in command. Lights work fine from switches. Any suggestions what the problem might be and how to correct it. Thanks all

turn off all shore power and battery power to reboot or just hold the in·command power button( home button) down for 10 seconds or so..should reboot

that takes care of my issues with in·command. same kinda thing happens to me every now and then

Thanks rebooting the system took care of problem. I called in command talked with them about it also. Asked why it happen and why having to reboot. They said if you don’t shut panel off when not using for few days and just let it time out. You need to reboot if you have a problem.
