Have you checked for a blown fuse or made sure there is power going to the touch screen? Maybe there is a way to reset it. Check the connectors to it.

Looks to me like there are 2 wires that go to each jack. You could probably make your own panel to control each jack using double pole double throw toggle switches. It would be a full manual system, though. Some experience in wiring DC motors would be helpful as far as reversing the polarity to make them reverse direction.

That would be easy to do. As you said DPDT switch on each jack, and one way is wired + - and the other side is - +...

Yes, the wire to the motor would be in the center of the DPDT switch, with the other terminals being wired in reverse polarity from each other.

Motor reversing are used widely in the RV industry. Electric slide outs, electric stabilizers, and tongue jacks use them. Price is dependent upon brand. A Lippert OEM switch will be more expensive than a no brand found on line. Any DPDT MOMENTARY switch rated for the amperage of the load can be used by adding a pair of jumper wires.

Is the one in the battery box possibly for the tongue jack?

If you follow the positive trailer lead, you may find more than 1 circuit breaker mounted to the inside of the frame. They look like this:

To add to Chuck's post, you may find several circuit breakers mounted to the trailer frame, or:

I believe that Outback was using the Giggy Box in 2021 ??? If so, there is a "black box mounted on the A frame crossmember just behind your battery box".. Open that box and you'll find several 12 volt circuit breakers. They have a "history of failure" at the most imopportune times. You may find corrosion, loose connections or even a bad circuit breaker inside that Giggy Box.

This may not be your problem, but deserves a look to rule it out.....

Although you’re having problems with then control panel, if it is actually bad and not some other problem, I’d still replace it. IMO, trying to level a 7 point system using all manual switches on each Jack would be more headache than paying the $$$. I have a feeling it would turn into a situation where you leveled it the old fashioned way and used the jacks as stabilizers. That’s a waste of an $8k system.

I agree and will only add this. I don't have an automatic leveling system but it's my understanding that they won't work if the trailer is radically out of plum. I could see the situation where one could pull in after an extended challenging drive and find one corner 6" low. Oh, just push the button and raise it up. Afterwards it never levels correctly again, doors don't work and you realize you frame looks like an untreated 2x4 left out in the rain for 10 years. Or someone "trying to help" holds the switch down for 30 seconds or so and can't understand why the slide isn't moving.

If you only camp in nice campgrounds and are using it as stabilizers then there are more economical solutions. If you need it to level the camper then I'd suggest going the full route, it may be cheaper in the long run.

Is it possible to override the auto leveling? We purchased to live in full time so don't want to replace they control panel. The only thing we didn't check before purchasing was the jacks! They screen is no good. *♀️
