Roof (TPO) repair
Okay another project at hand. I did an emergency repair on the front Joint of the roof and the front fiberglass shell (4" Flex seal tape and then 2"gorilla tape). FYI, You'll need two rolls of flex seal tape (5') or 1 roll of 4"x10 of white Gorilla tape to do the entire seam. It got me through the weekend.
Water was coming into the little side closet next to the bed (the next thread will be on insulting that front fiberglass shell). It got me really looking at the entire roof and around all the vents. Around all the vents need to be redone as well as the rolled edge. I will replace two of the vents with MaxxAir units (First - before doing the roof. That will be another thread no power).
BUT, what is the best stuff to use on the roof and especially the rolled edge? I see lots of EPDM roll on rubber roofing, but only TPO roll kits. Thanks in advance!
