Cougar 326rds bumper replacement
I'm needing to replace my slide out bumper for one that I can tow a boat or sxs with. Looking for any information on it.

I'd suggest a visit to a welding/fabrication shop. Towing anything with an RV requires a stout hitch that's frame mounted, not just welded to the ends of the frame. There are other members that tow behind their trailers so more experienced voices will chime in.

I will only add, make sure towing another trailer is legal in your state and overall length restrictions.

Trailer hitch
I just did this on my Couger that had a slide out bumper. I removed the slide out assembly and cut the bumper off and installed a universal hitch from etrailer. The hitch is very stout and required drilling the frame. I then had to flip my bumper upside down and reinstall it. It worked out very well and I just towed a 12' alluminium trailer with my golf cart 700 miles with no issue.
