InCommand won't turn on

My InCommand console won't turn on, and I can't connect to it via the app. All circuit breakers are on, and all the fuses are okay (no red lights showing a fuse has blown). The air conditioners switch on and off at the previously requested temperatures with no problem so something seems to be still working, but I don't have any way to control the temperature or shut it off (not that I want to at 113 degrees outside).

Is there a fix for this or do I need to call someone?

2020 Keystone Cougar 368MBI

Thanks!

-Ricky

try holding the power button on the keyboard pad until it restarts. few seconds or more..also here is a troubleshooting guide that may be applicable to your version of in·command https://in-command.net/wp-content/up...e-11302015.pdf

Wow! You are the wizard! Holding the button did the trick but I had to do it three times to get it to restart properly.

Thanks!!!

Welcome to the forum.

Go to your wall mounted control panel, Probably located in the hallway of your trailer at shoulder height. Along the bottom of that panel, there will be three buttons. A power button, a home button and a back button.

Press and hold the power button until the system shuts down, wait about 3 minutes, then press the power button again until the system comes on. This will "reboot the system" and hopefully eliminate any issues.

There are none of those buttons. Here’s a picture of what mine looks like.

If you have the new version of In Command Global, then the power button is on the top right of the case, sort of "hidden from view". Long press to turn off, short press to turn on.
